BANK ACCOUNT OPENING

Physical presence may not be required depending on the bank chosen. Instead, all directors / authorised signatories need to visit its overseas branch / subsidiary for authentication of their passport copies and signatures. Different banks have different requirements. In general, individual address proof, passport copy and corporate business plan are required.

Without preference, we will recommend clients open a bank account with HSBC because there is a sizeable team of experts to provide corporate account holders with strong support and efficient service. We will prepare all the related documents for your pre-arranged meeting in the Bank. An account number will normally be assigned during the meeting.

Bank accounts can be operated outside Hong Kong via phone / internet banking services.
